Construction Documentation of a New Luxury Multi-Family Residential Building in Washington, DC. As the Construction Documentation Project Manager, it was my responsibility to advance the schematic landscape design for the street level courtyard, roof level and streetscape landscape improvements to construction documentation drawings. Responsibilities included coordination and collaboration with the Design Architect, Architect of Record, Civil Engineers, Owners, & other professional disciplines. Preparation & coordination of streetscape improvement with Civil Engineer for submittal to the DC DOT.
