Playground Improvements at five NYCHA housing properties in The Bronx and upper Manhattan

The capital improvement projects was for five properties; Douglass II Houses, Millbrook Houses, Clason Point Houses, Bronx River Houses, and Castle Hill Houses. Improvements included; play equipment removal and replacement, barbecue picnic areas, spray shower and preliminary baseball field.

Project responsibilities included directing junior landscape staff, coordinating with NYCHA project managers, presenting projects to NYCHA tenants, field reconnaissance documenting site conditions, research and document NYCHA archives, direct preparation of construction drawings, bid and specification packages, prepare project cost estimates.
